Company: SamuelSong - Smart Watch company

Characters/Roles: Tina - Quality Assurance Director ; Caillou - Head of Product Design

Plot: The company released a smart watch a month ago. There has been many reports, emails, complaints, and news coverage pertaining to the recent defect with the watches. Their screens are a mock of the liquid retina screens in new apple devices. It's good that the company is trying to follow a similar path to one of the best companies in the world, but the screen spills the liquid easily once it cracks and the liquid spills out onto the user's wrist. This liquid causes a discoloration in the skin and can lead to permanent damage due to the toxicity of the material. The head of product design is reaching out to quality assurance to find out what will happen to fix this.

Organization: Big Dog Lovers Org. (Organization that brings people together that love big dogs and want their dogs to make other big dog friends)

Characters/Roles: Stewart - Popular Member ; Jennifer - Event Coordinator

Plot: There was an event a month ago where members were contacted through email. The signup is through the online website to join and an event to get everyone to come out to a dog park was encouraged to meet new people. The event also promoted dog socializing which put dogs in specific pens to personalize the experience and help the dog adapt to other dogs. Somebody signed up online with a shih-tzu which is considered a small-medium sized dog. The page specifically says that it's for big dogs. The person came with their dog, and put it into a pen with another dog to socialize. The owner of the other dog didn't know that there was a smaller dog in the pen and about a month later became pregnant. When the puppies were born, he realized they looked like half shih-tzus and is now writing to the event coordinator to find out what they will change so this doesn't happen again.

Company: Hypebeast Social (Small company that promotes trendy clothing on social media)

Characters/Roles: Chad - Vice President ; Brad - President

Plot: As the company is growing with an exponential increase in followers on Instagram, the vice president sees this as an opportunity to expand. Brad, on the other hand, hasn't been doing anything besides the usual branding promotional posts. Chad sees that they can use more locations around the world, a different number of new brands that have grown in popularity, and even use their platform as a way to introduce unknown brands to the world. He wants to introduce these new brands to be able to monetize their page better and even has a plan to be able to do it in a way that coincides with human predictability. He's reaching out to Brad about possibilities and wants to know what he thinks. Chad's essentially imploring Brad to do something so their Instagram page doesn't fall off the market.
